"In June of 1997 we bought a home build by Duncan Todd. We selected this particular house for many reasons: It was on a nice, level lot, it was located in a good neighborhood, it was reasonably priced, had many added features, and above all it was constructed with quality workmanship.
Duncan made the buying process easier by letting us choose the color of the paint for both the interior and exterior walls and the carpet and floor covering as well. Since our house was still under construction when we purchased it, Duncan kept us updated as to what was being done and how long each step would take.
When the house was finished (before we moved in) Duncan walked us through, explaining all of the major construction points. He also showed us how the well, gas, power mains, and plumbing worked.
Buying a new home can often be stressful, but overall Duncan made our first purchase of a house an effortless experience."
